2024 Festival of Bands Information

Location and Parking:

The Hickory Ridge Festival of Bands will take place on the campus of Hickory Ridge High School. The school address is:

   

     7321 Raging Ridge Road

     Harrisburg, NC 28075

 

(Please note, all event traffic must enter campus via the Hickory Ridge Road entrance. Entrance from Stallings Road is not allowed due to participant traffic in and out of the stadium.)

 

All spectators should park in the large parking area directly adjacent to the stadium. Volunteers will be on hand to direct you to this area.

Admission:

Gates open at 10:00am

$10 per adult / $5 per child / Under 5 Free

Cash and card payments are accepted

All tickets include access to the online digital program

Concessions:

There will be a large variety of food options available. As this is a fundraiser for our band, no outside food or drinks will be permitted.

​

Stadium Policies:

All Cabarrus County schools operate on a "no bag" policy for all spectators and general public. No bags are permitted in the stadium, with the exception of medically necessary equipment and diaper bags for infants. Both of these require inspection before entrance.

​

The use of tobacco, alcohol, or drugs in prohibited on Cabarrus County Schools campuses, including the stadium, restrooms, parking lots, and warm-up/performance locations.

​

Air Grams:

Spectators will have the opportunity to send notes to the performers in each ensemble. Air grams will be announced over the stadium speakers AFTER each band's performance, and each note will be included in the director's recap packet at the end of the event. Please note: any Air Gram that is deemend inapporpriate or questionable will not be read over the microphone, but will be included in director's recap packet.
