How to Register for a BoosterHub Account
Booster Hub Invitation
Your HRHS Band Boosters are excited to let you know that we are transitioning from Charms to BoosterHub for all Band Booster activities.
BoosterHub is designed specifically for booster clubs to streamline, engage, and organize our booster activities. This all-in-one app allows us to easily build groups, send quick messages via email and/or SMS, centralize our calendar and event signups, store files (registrations, permission slips, etc.) for easy access, automate collecting fees via credit card, ACH Payments, and Apple/Google Pay, and allow easy tracking/access of of your student’s band account - payments, merit points, etc.
In order for us to get started with this new platform and ensure we have the most accurate/up-to-date information possible, we need EVERY FAMILY to COMPLETE BOTH STEPS of the registration and login creation process.
​STEP ONE:

Click the link to visit the registration site. You will need your student’s CCS ID number and their dry-fit t-shirt size in order to complete the initial registration.

Once you've submitted the form, complete step two. ​
​STEP TWO:
This step MUST BE COMPLETED in order to receive fee statements, use your booster credits, sign up to volunteer, and receive any communications from the Boosters. This verification step can be completed one of two ways ...

Option 1- check your email (and spam folder) for an email from Booster Hub and click join - this will take you to a login page. Use the SAME EMAIL you used to register and click "forgot password" to access the "create a password" page. Enter a password (and confirm) and then click log in.

Option 2- if you don't see an email, you can do this step from the Booster Hub app. Simply download, install, and at the sign-in page, use the SAME EMAIL you used to register and click "forgot password" to access the "create a password" page. Enter a password (and confirm) and the click log in.

DOWNLOAD THE APP:

To ensure you receive the most timely communication, please download the Booster Hub app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store and use the email/password you created when you completed the registration/joining process.

As your Booster Board volunteers continue to work diligently on building out information and transferring data from Charms to our new platform, we would ask for your patience.
Please be especially patient on the accounting side and give us extra time to process payments as well as post earnings from PNC concerts; we are tracking data in multiple spaces to ensure nothing is lost in the transfer. Once all parents have registered, we will send out an email with instructions on how fees/payments and earnings tracking will be done going forward. WANT TO PAY AN INVOICE WITH FUNDRAISING CREDITS?:
If you have received (or when you do receive) an invoice from BoosterHub for band, please use THIS TUTORIAL for how to pay it using your Booster Credits.
Booster Credits are funds earned through the various fundraising opportunities (i.e. working a PNC concert, selling AutoBell gift cards, etc.) which are added to your account and can be used for any band purchase - marching band shoes, field trips fees, spirit wear and more!
