CWEA Premiere Shows Admission - As the Indoor Ensembles enter their performance season, CWEA has sent an email to performing schools regarding admission. Any person attending - chaperones, bus drivers, etc - who does not have a wristband, will have to pay to get in. We usually have enough wristbands because we have two groups performing, but be prepared to pay just in case.

Mr. White's Gift - At the end of Tuesday's Winter Concert, the senior band members gathered around Mr. White on stage and gave him a large wrapped box. When he opened the package, it was an Apple iPad2 and $100 Visa gift card. The gift was purchased with the generous donations from band families and staff during the first part of December. Special thanks to Mrs. Cline (Assistant Prinicipal) for collecting the donations and helping to keep it a secret from Mr. White!

Congratulations Blue Regiment - The weather was soggy and wet, but the Blue Regiment burned with The Fire Within to success this past weekend! Even though the performance was not up to our high standards, we received 1st place honors in all captions at Mt Pleasant HS. Later in the day, the rain let up and the field was drying out for us to give our best performance SO FAR this season! In awards, we received 2nd place overall, music, effect, visual performance and 1st place guard and drum major. Also, the drum majors received the highest score of the day. Now, we prepare for the competition at Carolina Forest on October 8!
